Studies published previously in any national or international journal will not be accepted.

In the last two years, previously submitted studies at national or international events other than the activities of HASUDER, will be accepted provided that they are stated with the time and place where they are presented.

Proposals must be in accordance with the public health area.

Review proposals are taken into consideration if it is written by an experienced author on that subject (with at least three publications published in journals scanned by international indices). In the process of submitting, the author should have notified the published publications on the subject.

The referee evaluation shall be carried out by means of two separate pre-standardized evaluation forms, depending on whether the study is quantitative or qualitative.

The writer should state the form of presentation as a verbal / poster; but because of the time limit for verbal presentations, the whole of the verbal presentation requests can not be met. Reports that do not provide verbal presentation will be considered a controversial poster or poster presentation. Some posters will be selected as controversial posters by the editorial board, and an evaluation next to the poster will be conducted under the presidency of an assigned faculty member. Authors will be informed about the controversial poster presentation and will be asked to be naxt to the poster at the indicated time.

The proposals will be accepted as an abstract, and the full text will not be requested from the writers. The abstarct text should not be exceed 600 words. Images such as tables and figures and resources should not be used in the abstract.

The title should be clear and as short as possible, in line with the study, to reflect the content of the study, the entire title should not exceed 99 characters with spaces and be written in capital letters. Abbreviations should not be used in the title.

While writing the name(s) of author(s) to the relevant part of the form, the first letter of the first and last names should be written with the capital letter, without using the title. No names of authors and institutions should be found in the text. 

The abstract text should consist of sub-sections "Introduction and Purpose", "Material and Method", "Results" and "Discussion and Recommendations". In part “Introduction and Purpose”, the reason for this research and the purpose of the study should be clearly stated. In part “Material and Method”, the type of study, time, place and person characteristics, criteria related to inclusion of cases, universe and sample, dependent and independent variables, instruments used and measurement standards, validity and reliability of measurement methods, names of statistical methods used and operations related to research ethics are expected to be written clearly. In part “Results”, results of the study should be conveyed in an open, clear and concise manner, unbiased and uninterpreted, taking into consideration the aims of the study, hypotheses /research questions. In part “Discussion and Recommendations”, the conclusions of the investigator based on the results should be summarized in a few sentences. The intent of the research and any coercion in excess of the results obtained should be avoided. New questions raised by the research, or constructive suggestions should be added.

Key words should be more than 3, less than 5.

In the case of financial support from any source for the study, this support must be clearly written. All authors need to indicate whether they are in a relationship of interest with any institution or organization that may be of interest to this study.

In the case of acceptance of the authors' proposal, the consent of the publication in the Congress book and on the HASUDER websites in electronic form should be given without any copyright.
