The registration fee covers participation in scientific sessions, lunch, coffee breaks and congress documents.
The above registration fees are valid for participants staying at the congress hotel. Participants staying outside the congress hotel will be charged an “External Participation Fee” of 75 € per day
Registration prices include 20% VAT.

Package rates include 4 nights of all-inclusive stay, including 13 December 2023 check-in and 17 December 2023 check-out.
The price of accommodation with an accompanying person is the price of a double room (Two people Total 1.500 €). No registration fee will be charged from the accompanying persons.
Note: Participants who want to participate with their family should contact Pin Congress for different room types.
Accommodation prices include 10% VAT.
After this date, the revised accommodation rates will be announced according to the new rates to be determined by the hotel for new room reservations.
