• The registration fee covers participation in scientific sessions, lunch, coffee breaks and congress documents.
• The above registration fees are valid for participants staying at the congress hotel. Participants staying outside the congress hotel will be charged an “External Participation Fee” of 40 € per day
• 18% VAT will be added to the registration prices..

• Package rates include 4 nights of all-inclusive stay, including 30 November 2022 check-in and 4 December 2022 check-out.
• The price of accommodation with an accompanying person is the price of a double room (Two people Total 500 €). No registration fee will be charged from the accompanying persons.
• Note: Participants who want to participate with their family should contact Pin Congress for different room types.
• 8% VAT will be added to the accommodation prices.
• The advertised accommodation fees are valid until 31 August 2022.
• After this date, the revised accommodation rates will be announced according to the new rates to be determined by the hotel for new room reservations.
• To make your room requests effective, the stay must be paid by 31 August 2021.
