Registration and Consultation
Everyone who participates the congress should register. In order for the application of the poster and verbal statements to be evaluated, scientific applications must be made up until the specified date and registration fees must be paid.
Registration fee includes participation in scientific activities, lunch, congress bag, program book, badge, certificate and all congressional kit.

Abstract Submission is Open : 15.06.2019
Deadline for paper submission : 15.09.2019 - 30.09.2019
Deadline for full paper submission : 30.09.2019 - 15.10.2019
Deadline for early bird registration : 22.10.2019
Invitation Letter
An invitation letter can be sent to those who have to participate the congress by taking permission from their institution. The registration and accomodation fee for the participants who own the invitation letter belongs to them.
Abstract Submission Process
The congress registration fee is not required to be paid for sending the abstract.
Doing this procedure will ensure that any developments and information related to the Congress will be sent to your e-mail address. But, it doesn't mean that you are registering the congress if you have done the registration for abstracts.
Early registration process should done for early registration savings. For early registration savings, congress registration fee has to be paid until 22.10.2019
Terms of Payment and Cancellation
The cancellation of the registration of the Congress and the refund of the fee shall be made with written application to the Organisation Committee.

Cancellations up to 12.10.2019, the registration fee is paid in full, excluding bank charges.

Cancellations up to 25.10.2019, 50% of the registration fee is paid in full, excluding bank charges.

Cancellations after 25.10.2019, no refund will be made.
Refunds will be made within the first month after the end of the congress.
