Reddedilmesi \u00f6nerilen bildiriler edit\u00f6rler kurulu taraf\u0131ndan karara ba\u011flan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Bildirinin Kongre Kitab\u0131nda yer almas\u0131 i\u00e7in bildiri yazarlar\u0131ndan en az birisinin kongreye kay\u0131t yapt\u0131rmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/li>\n<li>Bildiri e\u011fer bilimsel bir dergide yay\u0131na kabul edilmi\u015f veya yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f ise bu durumun bildirilmesi \u015fart\u0131yla kabul edilebilir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Daha \u00f6nce ba\u015fka bir kongrede sunulmu\u015f bildiriler:<\/strong> Bildiri daha \u00f6nce ba\u015fka bir kongrede sunulmu\u015fsa bu durum belirtilmelidir. Daha \u00f6ncekiyle birebir ayn\u0131 olmamak, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yorumlay\u0131p sunmak ko\u015fuluyla, yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmede halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan\u0131na \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 sonucuna var\u0131lan bildiriler kabul edilebilir. Bu t\u00fcr bildirilerin kongreye g\u00f6nderilme gerek\u00e7esi Edit\u00f6re Not b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bi\u00e7imde a\u00e7\u0131klanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Edit\u00f6rler taraf\u0131ndan daha \u00f6nce sunulan bildiri talep edilebilir.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6zg\u00fcn Ara\u015ft\u0131rma t\u00fcr\u00fc bildirilerde insan ve hayvan \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda Etik Kurul onay\u0131 al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Etik kurul onay\u0131 al\u0131nma durumu belirtilmelidir (al\u0131nd\u0131\/al\u0131nmad\u0131\/etik kurul onay\u0131 gerekli de\u011fildir-kamuya a\u00e7\u0131k verilerin de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar gibi).<\/li>\n<li>Bildiriler kongre web sayfas\u0131nda yer alan online bildiri g\u00f6nderim sistemi kullan\u0131larak g\u00f6nderilecektir. E-posta veya posta ile g\u00f6nderilen bildiriler de\u011ferlendirmeye al\u0131nmayacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Sisteme y\u00fcklenen bildiriler ilgili edit\u00f6r taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirildikten sonra Bilim Kurulu\u2019nda yer alan hakemler taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7ift-k\u00f6r (blind review) olarak de\u011ferlendirilecektir.<\/li>\n<li>De\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcreci, kongre web sayfas\u0131ndaki bildiri sistemi \u00fczerinden bildiri g\u00f6nderi sistemine kay\u0131tl\u0131 ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan izlenebilecektir. Ayr\u0131ca bildiri sisteme y\u00fcklendi\u011finde, yeniden d\u00fczenleme istendi\u011finde, bildiri kongrede sunulmak \u00fczere kabul veya reddedildi\u011finde, bildiri sahibine e-posta ile bildirimler g\u00f6nderilecektir. Bu nedenle e-postan\u0131n ve istenmeyen (spam) e-postalar\u0131n zaman zaman kontrol edilmesi \u00f6nerilir.<\/li>\n<li>Kabul edilen bildirinin sunum t\u00fcr\u00fc (S\u00f6zl\u00fc \/ Poster), de\u011ferlendirmeyi yapan hakemlerin \u00f6nerisiyle Edit\u00f6rler Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan belirlenecektir.
