At present he is education coordinator of the department of public and occupational health of Amsterdam University Medical Center, and is nowadays actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate education of public and occupational health. He is president of the section Public Health Medicine UEMS, but also treasurer of this section and reviewer of EACCME of the UEMS.
