He is a presently a Full Professor in life cycle impact and risk modeling at the Department of Environmental Health Sciences in the School of Public Health, University of Michigan. He co-initiated the UNEP (United Nation Environment Program)\/SETAC Life Cycle Initiative and is one of the developers of USEtox, the UNEP-SETAC model for the comparative assessment of chemicals.
