Nurhan Meydan Acımış
I was born in Niğde Bor. I completed a part of my primary education life, my secondary and high school education in Izmir.
In 1988, I got into Dokuz Eylul Faculty of Medicine.
I graduated from Dokuz Eylül Medical Faculty in 1994.
In the same year, I was appointed as the doctor of Niğde Bağlama Health Center.
I worked in Bor Health Center No.3 in 1995, and Bor Emergency Service from 1996 to 1998.
In 1998, I started residency training by passing the Medical Specialization Exam at Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Public Health.
In 2003, I became a Public Health Specialist.
In 2005, I was appointed to Iğdır AÇSAP as a Public Health Specialist in accordance with compulsory service. In the same year, I started to work at Denizli State Hospital.
In 2010, I switched to Denizli Hacı Cafer Özer Community Health Center.
In 2015, I got the title of Associate Professor as a non-university person.
Since 2017, I have been in the academic staff of Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine Public Health Department.
I am married and a mother of a daughter.
I continue to write for my academic publications and local newspaper column.
