Ayşe Nilüfer Özaydın
After her graduation from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Medicine, first of all she worked in Health Centre and later as the responsible manager of the Provincial Vaccination activities during 1985 National Immunization Campaign and than in the Women and Child Health Branch in Gaziantep Provincial Health Directorate.
When she completed her compulsory service, she worked in a Health Centre in Çubuk/Ankara, as the responsible manager of the Provincial Vaccination activities in Ankara Provincial Health Directorate and later in the Department of Women Health of the Women Child Health and Family Planning General Directorate of Ministry of Health of Turkey.
She completed her Epidemiology and Statistics postgraduate training in Liverpool, UK. Afterwards, she completed Public Health Master and Doctoral program at Hacettepe University Institute of Health Sciences.
She has been working in Marmara University, School of Medicine, Public Health Department since 2001, as Turkey Coordinator of GFMER (Geneva Foundation for Medical Education and Research) and as Vice President of MEMEDER /İstanbul-Turkey (The Breast Health Society).
She primarily works on the issues as immunization, helicobacter pylori, sexual and reproductive health, family planning and early prevention of breast cancer.
