Nilüfer Aykac
She graduated from Ondokuz Mayis
University, Faculty of Medicine in 1993 and started her residency training at
Social Insurance Institution Sureyyapasa Chest and Cardiovascular Disease
Training and Research Hospital in 1998. Between July 2003 and December
2013, she worked as a specialist in pulmonary medicine at Süreyyapaşa
Chest Diseases and Thoracic Surgery Training and Research Hospital.
During 2002-2003, she worked at the Division of Pulmonary Medicine in the
Royal Brompton Hospital, London, alongside Professors Athol U Wells,
Roland M du Bois and Rob Wilson on interstitial lung diseases and
bronchiectasis. In 2006, she participated in a training program in Switzerland
as a guest of the Médecins sans Frontières (MSF). Between 2004-2008, she
became a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Journal of Clinical
Development at Istanbul Medical Chamber.

Gayrettepe Florence Nightingale Hospital.
